Agreement
By accessing medicalgradedata.com or using the Medical Grade Data platform, you agree to these terms. Enterprise use is additionally governed by a signed order form or master services agreement, which controls in case of conflict.
The service
Medical Grade Data provides expert-assisted annotation of de-identified medical data and related tooling. Features may evolve; we aim to give reasonable notice of material changes for paying customers.
Acceptable use
You must upload only data you are authorized to process and that has been de-identified at the source. Do not upload protected health information, attempt to breach security, or misuse others’ data. You are responsible for your users’ activity.
Data & intellectual property
You retain ownership of your datasets, annotations, and delivered labels. You grant us the limited rights needed to provide the service. We do not use your data to train models without your explicit permission.
Confidentiality
Each party protects the other’s confidential information and uses it only to perform under these terms.
Disclaimers
The platform supports data preparation for medical AI. It is not a medical device and does not provide clinical decisions or diagnoses. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law; enterprise warranties and SLAs are set in the applicable agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Any direct liability is limited as set out in the applicable agreement.
Termination
Either party may terminate as set out in the applicable agreement. On termination, we make your data available for export and delete it per the agreement.
